The application is super efficient. Windgate trusts us to tell our story in the way we need to tell it, using our own budget forms. They have really listened to the grante community in understanding how to streamline the grant application process in a way that saves our overhead. They also offered to help us seek some additional information from other similar organizations after we won a grant. They really understand how they have a position (of privilege, of access, of resources) that can help grantees beyond just cutting a check.
